The method involves forming a body of an anchor (3) with a metal or metal alloy material, where the anchor body includes an end having a stinger (15), and another end having two arms (11, 13) for receiving pallets (10, 12). A polymer material i.e. polyoxymethylene is molded at the end of the anchor body to form a fork (17), and the pallets and a rod (14) are adjusted to rotatably mount the anchor, where the anchor body is formed by lithography, electroplating and molding (LIGA) process, stamping or cutting.
