The arrangement (1) has a plate-shaped insulating element (2) comprising two parallel external surfaces (3a,3b) that are connected through interconnecting ends (4a,4b). The end portions (7a,7b) of respective interconnecting ends are situated outside extension of profile sections (5,6) and are arranged transverse to plate-like extension of insulating element. The ends of insulating element are formed such that ends of insulating element are made to overlap with ends of another insulation element in direction transverse to plate-like extension of insulating element. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) kit for forming arrangement for forming insulated building facade; and (2) insulated building facade.
