The voltage unit has voltage housing (1) whose housing length (2) is extended over width of bend or web material (3). A nozzle device (5) is provided to clean blowing air on the bend or web material and is mutually displaced along housing length. The openings (8,9,16) having diaphragm portions (6,7) are arranged on top of opposite sides of nozzle device. The openings (8,9) are distributed over housing length and are arranged in spacing (11) such that blowing air is flowed through the openings (8,9) by displacing diaphragm portions (7) from one to another work position.
