The device (P) has a flexible ring (3) arranged on a shaft and provided for forming a chamber with a position sensor, where the chamber is filled with medium i.e. air. An inner ring is formed in a recess of the position sensor and divided into segment shells by slots. Circulating flanges (4.1, 4.2) are formed at the flexible ring, and supporting rods are attached to the flexible ring. A supporting ring is attached to the flexible ring, and an adapter casing is attached to the flexible ring, where outer diameter of the casing corresponds to inner diameter of the flexible ring.
