The working machine has hydraulic system for driving carriage and/or working equipment. The hydraulic pump of the hydraulic system is driven via an internal combustion engine such as gas engine. A high pressure accumulator is provided in hydraulic system. A compressor is connected to external gas supply, to charge gas reservoir from external gas supply. An independent claim is included for method for operating working machine.
