Seasonal soil additive comprises an anaerobically digested biomass (40-95 wt.%), where calcium (5-60 wt.%, preferably 20-40 wt.%) is added when the additive is used in the spring, and clay (5-60 wt.%, preferably 15-45 wt.%) is added when additive is used in the autumn. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a lawn fertilizer for promoting the growth of grass, comprising the anaerobically digested biomass (20-95 wt.%) and horn meal (5-80 wt.%, preferably 20-40 wt.%); and (2) preparing a seasonal soil additive in the form of small base bodies (pellets), comprising adding anaerobically digested biomass with a moisture content of 60-70 wt.%, drying the biomass to a moisture content of 5-20 wt.% by adding and mixing additives for improving soil structure and soil conditions, which are appropriate for the seasons and plant-based fertilizer action, pelletizing the entire mixture of soil adjuvant, and finally drying the body.
