The turbine has individual rods (2) attached at a midpoint of the turbine. Hollow turbine blades (3) are attached at ends of the rods. The blades are attached one behind the other, one above the other and/or next to each other on the rods. The blades are mutually rotated to control suction effect and made of material that contains liquid and/or gaseous substances, which revive or ionize microorganism that surrounds the blades. The blades are formed on an outer side of the turbine, so that the blades are moved into a water path.
