Device, useful for processing workpieces using laser and microscope, includes laser head, which emits laser beam with specified wavelength, where laser beam is positionable over mirror optics, having a mirror, opposite to the workpiece
The device comprises a laser head, which emits a laser beam with a wavelength of 400-2200 nm, where the laser beam withdrawing from the laser head is positionable over mirror optics, having a mirror, opposite to a workpiece. The mirror is variable in position along a laser beam axis and employed in an angle of 45[deg] to the laser beam axis. The laser head is stationary arranged during processing the workpiece. The mirror is rotated at an incident laser beam axis. A motor drive is assigned to the mirror. A laser lens (5) is assigned to a microscope (4). The device comprises a laser head, which emits a laser beam with a wavelength of 400-2200 nm, where the laser beam withdrawing from the laser head is positionable over mirror optics, having a mirror, opposite to a workpiece. The mirror is variable in position along a laser beam axis and employed in an angle of 45[deg] to the laser beam axis. The laser head is stationary arranged during processing the workpiece. The mirror is rotated at an incident laser beam axis. A motor drive is assigned to the mirror. A laser lens (5) is assigned to a microscope (4), and is variable in position along an optical axis of the microscope. The microscope and the laser lens are rotatable around the laser beam axis in a portion according to its first deflection by the mirror. The laser head is held at a height-variable lifting element by a sliding guide. The laser head and/or the sliding guide is fastened over a turning tilting joint at the lifting element. The laser head, the mirror optics and the microscope form a component. The lifting element stands up on landing gears (25) having the motor drive, and is designed as lifting column (19).
