The device (1) has momentum masses (2,3) which are coupled with transfer element (100) such that the momentum masses are offset in mutually opposite by oscillations of the transfer element. The momentum masses in a respective predetermined array are brought together so that respective mutually counter-oscillations are generated in each transition of the oscillations of the transfer element.
