Galenic composition, in colloidal form, comprises (a) a ceramide or a ceramide mixture having a concentration of 0.001-5 wt.%, (b) a mixture of surfactant and cosurfactant in an amount of 5-65 wt.%, (c) a lipophilic phase in an amount of 0.1-20 wt.%, and (d) a hydrophilic phase in an amount of 20-95 wt.%.
