The coating part has high pressure polyethylene or polypropylene protective films (1) dyed in desired colors and formed in 2 millimeter thickness, where the coating part protects a concrete (7) from weathering. The films comprise anchoring elements (2) e.g. bar profiles, on a side turned towards the concrete. The anchoring elements are embedded in the concrete. The films are connected to a surface piece. The films are designed in 2 to 10 millimeters thickness and 3 to 6 millimeters thickness. The bar profiles are arranged in parallel.
