The element (P) has a conical base body (1) partially comprising axial holes divided into portions (5.1, 5.2) and a molded component (3) i.e. hexagon nut, or a recess for insertion of a screwing tool. The recess is formed in form of a hexagon socket and a hexagon head. A partially conical external thread is attached to the base body. A steel sleeve is placed on the base body. The component, the base body and/or the external thread are formed as single-piece and made of plastic. Teeth and a saw tooth collar are formed at the base body and/or the sleeve opposite to the component. An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing a fastening element.
