The structure has rear suspension frame (14) extended outwardly from outer ends of rear frame. The front suspension frames (12) are attached at side panels (2) and lower arms (3). The central connecting structure (9) of suspension frame (4), front and rear suspension frames are arranged in same plane. A through hole is formed in lower arms, such that it is penetrated relative to arm in upward-downward direction. The upper ends of rear suspension shafts provided in rear suspension frame are attached at panels, in state at which shafts are introduced in through holes of lower arms. A pair of side panels is arranged along forward reverse direction of vehicle in a state spaced from each other in vehicle width direction. The lower arms which form a suspension mechanism are arranged at side panels. A suspension frame has central connector structure located in vehicle width direction at center. The front arms (10) are extended from two ends of central connecting structure in vehicle width direction to outside. The rear arms (11) are arranged behind front arms and are outwardly extended from both ends of central connecting structure in vehicle width direction.
