The system (1) has an electromotor provided with a rotor and a stator, and a wheel bearing (4) provided with a rotatable outer ring (4a) and a stationary inner ring (4b). A cover is attached at a rotatable element (5a) for closing and opening the system and an interlock switch (3). The interlock switch is fastened at the inner ring and outputs a signal during removal of the cover. The cover comprises a wheel rim (2) and a covering plate (2a) that is connected with the wheel rim. A duct (4b') is formed in the inner ring such that spacers (3a) of the interlock switch are guided through the duct. The interlock switch is designed as a safety sensor, a safety switch, a safety contact or a breaker point. The rotatable element is designed as a main rotor shaft/brake drum/brake disk (5a). An independent claim is also included for an interlock switch.
