The plate (1) has an upper side for distribution with a pliable and water-permeable covering layer, and a lower side in which support regions are rotated. Connection parts (13) are provided in sections at a circulating side edge. Clearances form water channels (8), where water flows from the upper side into the water channels through an upper flow aperture located above the water channels. A lower flow aperture is arranged above the support regions and a lateral flow aperture is arranged lateral to the channels. The plate is made of weather-proof thermoplastic plastic material.
