The hand-held ice scraping device has a scraping unit (12) and a drive unit (14) that are provided to cooperate with a portable power tool (16). The drive unit comprises a hexagon socket (18) for coupling with portable power tool. The scraping unit is movable partially relative to drive unit. The scraping unit is formed as knob-like structure and is made of elastic material. A base structure (20) is provided to connect scraping unit with drive unit. An independent claim is included for hand-held ice scraping system.
