The plate cylinder (07) has a clamping device with a radially outer clasp element that is immovably arranged relative to a base portion. A pressing element of clamping device is arranged radially inside than the radially outer clasp element. A position element is moved relative to the radially outer clasp element against a clamping direction, by using pressing element. A radially inner clasp element of clamping device is acted on radially outer clasp element in a clamping direction by the force of pressing element, so that a clamping gap is formed.
