Mouse having mutations including (i) a mutation in both alleles of protein kinase, DNA-activated, catalytic polypeptide (Prkdc) gene, (ii) a mutation in both alleles of the gene encoding for the interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2)-gamma -chain, (iii) a mutation in at least one allele of the gene encoding for the kit receptor and/or a genetic background and mutations of non-obese diabetic (NOD)-mouse, where the mutations (i)-(iii) are loss of function mutations, is new.
