The adjusting device (12) has an actuating element (22), particularly lever spring, for moving a pressure plate for pressing a clutch disk between the pressure plate and a counter plate. An adjusting ring (34) is provided for sliding at a counter chute for adjusting a wear-related error distance between the pressure plate and the counter plate. An adjusting pinion (32) is provided for rotating the adjusting ring relative to the counter chute.
