The element i.e. accumulator (1), has an electrode arrangement (11) i.e. winding electrode arrangement, and an electrode clamp (23) provided in a container (30). A current collector (12) electrically connects the clamp and the arrangement. A base part (12b) is connected with the clamp. Plate-like arm parts (12c) extend from the base part and surround the arrangement. The two outermost arm parts are provided away from each other with a distance. The distance is larger than a width of the base part in a direction, in which the two outermost arm parts are arranged.
