The devices (16, 20) have planetary gears (24, 52) whose output function components are connectable with transmission input shafts (18, 22) of a motor car gear box in a torque-proof manner. A rotational torque is introducible from a drive shaft (12) of a drive motor into the planetary gears over an input function component of the planetary gears. Brake devices (44, 70) i.e. eddy current brakes, are connectable with a fixed housing (46) for deceleration of a coupling functional device of the planetary gears to produce a torque transmission of the drive shaft to the transmission input shafts. An independent claim is also included for a powertrain for transformation of a rotation speed and/or a torque.
