A temperature sensor (202) detects the temperature of battery (146). A controller (200) determines whether the temperature of battery is below preset temperature. The heat exchanger transfers thermal energy of heat transfer fluid to battery cover plate (144) when temperature of battery is below preset temperature, so that the temperature of battery is increased.
