METHOD FOR ALLOCATING RESOURCES IN A MOBILE AND MESH COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK WITH LIMITATION OF INTER-CLUSTER INTERFERENCE, SYSTEM AND NETWORK USING THE METHOD

The method involves generating a chart of configurations having different allocation priority indices for time slots of time windows of communication resources, where the indices vary from 0 to n-1, and n is strictly positive integer equal to the number of slots. The configurations are assigned to clusters (C1-C7) such that positive preset number of indices is not assigned to the same slots for adjacent clusters. The slots are allocated to intra cluster communications in the order of priorities defined in the configurations assigned to the clusters. The time windows are time division multiple access (TDMA) windows. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an onboard communication system embedded in a mobile node communicating within a mobile ad hoc network (2) an ad hoc network comprising a set of mobile nodes communicating with one another.
