The guardrail has a support fixed to a wall in a place having a continuous and/or discontinuous moving part e.g. moving platform. Cables/wires (7), pulleys and a baseboard are arranged on sides of a passageway (C) in the moving part. The cables/wires and the pulleys are installed on a fall zone of the moving part and fitted to the support, where the cables are maintained under tension by a tensioner attached at each end of a post installed on ground, and the pulleys are placed at different heights to maintain the tension in the cables.
