The cap (1) has a fixation sleeve (10) provided with a retaining flange (12) extending from an annular groove (113) in a bore (110) of a chamber (112) of a cover (105) that receives a column. A variable length spring bellow (20) covers the column and supports the fixation sleeve located against the cap with respect to a base of the column, where the cap is crossed by the column that is fixed in the cover. The retaining flange comprises succession lobes that are radially positioned with respect to an axis of the column, where the flange is formed in corrugated peripheral shape.
