The device has an optical system including an asymmetrical transparent material cylinder lens (1) that is provided with two curved faces. One of the curved faces is faced to LEDs (2) and a surface. The other curved face comprises a radius of curvature that asymmetrically varies with respect to a symmetrical plane (5) of emission of the LEDs along a plane perpendicular to an alignment axis (3) of the LEDs, where the radius of curvature in each point of the latter curved face is provided such that a luminous zone is uniformly illuminated.
