The fabric has a knitting of three layers of fibers, where first fiber (10) is contact with skin for evacuation of moisture. An intermediate thermoregulation fiber (20) is utilized for insulating an external fiber (30). The fibers are assembled narrowly by knitting method with an elastic thread. A fabric mesh is made of two layers of fibers that are attached together by an elastic fiber, where the fabric includes Thermolite(RTM: Textile fabric) and Lycra(RTM: Synthetic elastic fabric).
