The fixture (14) has a plate (15) comprising a bearing surface (18) that is intended to be in contact with one of external faces (6, 7). A set of fixing elements (20a-20d) is projected from the plate on a side of the bearing surface. Each fixing element is fixed on a set of nuclear fuel rods (2) of a beam (3). The fixing element includes a non-return finger device that is moved between a retracted position and a deployed position for allowing a flexible blade of the finger device to be propped up behind a nuclear fuel rod for unhooking the fixture of a nuclear fuel assembly (1). An independent claim is also included for a nuclear fuel assembly.
