The installation has a solar panel including a solar photovoltaic panel (1) adapted to produce electric current according to solar radiation. A solar thermal panel (2) is arranged to recover thermal energy of the solar radiation received by the thermal panel. A heat pump transfers the thermal energy of the thermal panel toward a hot source i.e. warm water balloon. The thermal panel is placed under the photovoltaic panel. The heat pump includes a compressor (20) to compress gas refrigerant, and a condenser (30) to liquefy the refrigerant to provide energy to the hot source.
