The module (4) has a sampling line (41) provided with an inlet (41a) and an outlet (46b). A detection module (44) is arranged on the sampling line between the inlet and the outlet. The detection module includes an infra-red signal transmitter (442) to emit an infra-red signal. An infra-red signal detector (444) determines concentration of a gas compound contained in the gas. A hollow optical fiber (443) conveys to be analyzed gas from the inlet of the sampling line and guides the infra-red signal emitted by the infra-red signal transmitter to the infra-red signal detector. An independent claim is also included for a ventilation apparatus.
