The system (1) has a spiral spring (10) comprising a set of inner ends and a set of outer ends. The inner ends and the outer ends are respectively fixed to a fixed ring (2) in relation to a fixed bridge (3) of a rocker (7) and an arm of the rocker. The fixed ring is attached to a shock-proof system (4) such as Incabloc(RTM: Spring loaded mounting system). The rocker includes a screw unit for adjustment of the spiral spring. An independent claim is also included for a clockwork.
