The method involves placing a support having a predetermined three-dimensional shape, and making one or more flat parts (38, 39, 41) each having a silicone wall delimited by edges, to cover the support by positioning each part such that the edges are joined, where one of the parts includes heating networks (37a, 37b). Each part is applied on the support to cover it without extra thickness, and such that each heating network is located on a heating face. A silicone layer is applied to cover each part carried by the support and the adjoining edges of each wall and heating networks.
