The method involves fixing parallelepiped plates (3) perpendicular to a tie bar (2), which is provided on a foundation, where the plates consist of sand or composite material made of sandstone. Distance between the tie bar and the plates are maintained to be in a range of 30-80cm. A high performance adhesive (4) is coated at regions in which the tie bar and the plates are intended to be in contact with each other. The plates are applied on the tie bars by repeating an operation for forming a composite terrace (1). The plates and the tie bars are made of concrete, sandstone, or material containing sand and binder such as cement or resin. An independent claim is also included for a composite terrace.
