The device (4) has a shaped rigid part provided on a rigid holding body (31) and on an insert (33) so as to immobilize the insert in a rest position in which a deformable part does not undergo torsional stress, where the body is fixed with a rigid structure (1). An elastic part (32) is attached to the body, where the insert is rigidly connected to the elastic part and fixed at a mechanical component (2). The insert passes into the body through an opening, where external shape of the device is matched with shape of the opening. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a rigid structure, mechanical component and elastic stopper unit.
