A self adhesive transparent and flexible strip (3) and a non adhesive and flexible retro reflective strip (2) are pressed against each other. The metal substrate includes a pair of zones with adhesive on the upper face, where the zones are protected by the strips. A lower surface of the self adhesive transparent and flexible strip flexible metal strip is pressed against the upper face. A transparent self-adhesive strip (4) has dimension greater than or equal to the retro reflective strip.
