The device has a vertical upright (1) in which bonnet covers (2) and two trap doors (3, 3') are arranged. An upper part of the upright comprises a cutting part and a housing that is adapted to receive each side of an LED lighting system. The covers are translucent or non-translucent and arranged to clamp each side of the upright to ensure LED protection and light diffusion and provide a decorative function. The trap doors are fixed by screws and bolts at the upright to provide access to a transformer (6) to carry out wiring of a switch (5).
