The device has an upper cross-piece (3) and a lower cross-piece (3') attached with two uprights (1, 2) that are provided with fasteners. The fasteners are introduced into a first set of orifices (9, 9', 10, 11, 11'). The uprights are disengaged to the cross-pieces and a central cross-piece (4) to allow passage of panels (5, 5') in a horizontal manner into a second set of orifices (6-8, 6'-8'). The panels comprise a third set of orifices (12, 12', 13, 13') on two opposite side faces for allowing housing of pins (14, 14') that are positioned in one of the uprights.
