The probe (1) has a straight arm (2) whose distal end (22) is prolonged by a hollow measurement head (3), where the head measures the pressure of fluid (F). The measurement head includes dynamic pressure sensors (A, C, E). A triaxial quartz accelerometer (4) is fixed at the straight arm. Axial distance (d) between the measurement head and the accelerometer is greater than 80 mm, preferably greater than 50 mm. The head delimits an internal volume connected to internal volume (20) of the arm by a conduit (23). An independent claim is also included for a method for measuring pressure of a flowing fluid by a non stationary probe.
