A differential structure (23) mechanically connects a shaft (12) of the motor, the output shaft, and the tube, to enable the motor to fold and unfold the apron, where extensions (17, 22) of the motor and the output shaft are actuated for transmitting force when the tube is subjected to a rotation locking force.
