The guide has a half-body (10.1) and another half-body (10.2), where each body comprises a face and another face that is opposite to the former face. The former face and the latter face are connected to each other by a hinge such that two half-bodies are movable relative to each other between one closed position and another closed position in which the faces of the half-bodies face each other. A set of cylindrical borings (17.1, 17.2, 18.1) extends from one of the faces from the former half-body to emerge in a housing of one of the faces to form a drilling jig.
