The device has an abutment unit (12) formed in a periphery of a window and retained in a closed position of the window through fixation units, where a hatch (1) rests in support against the abutment unit. The fixation units include a reserve nozzle (4) and fixation clips (5) located opposite to the nozzle. The nozzle and the clips co-operate with reserves zones conformed on a body element (2). The clips are placed on sides of an unlocking lever (6) whose deformation causes uprising of the clips to release anchoring between the clips and a peripheral side of the window.
