The element has a fabric piece (F) and a link (L) intended to attach the element when it is worn by a person. A link brake is located near an end (E) of a tube (P), and comprises a seam approximately parallel with an axis of the tube. The seam is formed at near the end of the tube and has a length ranging between half and ten times of diameter of the tube, and is located between the link and a tube side opposed to that of the link to create a reduction of section of the tube along entire length of the seam so as to tighten the link. The fabric piece is made of elastic synthetic fibers such as fibers of Lycra (RTM: man-made elastic fiber). An independent claim is also included for a method for realizing a clothing element.
