The device has an adjustment tool including an eccentric end and co-operating with a traversing hole of a central support (200) and an oblong hole (405) placed in a zone of a center structure of a vehicle or a plate (400) integral to the structure. The tool allows adjustment of longitudinal position of the support relative to the plate by actuation of the tool. Variation of position of two articulations (105, 106) embedded in the support allows an adjustment of parallelism of wheels at two sides of the vehicle, simultaneously. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting parallelism of wheels of a car.
