The device has a metal box (1) integrated into a frontage under a window frame of a building. The box includes a tilting frame (6) and a cable ladder (7) folded and fixed at the tilting frame, where an inner pedal (4) or an outer pedal (5) allows the device to be actuated. A lower part of the tilting frame is stumbled upon a reinforcement of the box in case of tilting of the frame. The inner pedal or the outer pedal is equipped with a spring to facilitate the tilting of the frame and the ejection of the ladder.
