The device has a top compartment including a ventilated evaporator (6) and a bottom compartment including a forced air condenser (2), where the compartments are connected by a dehydrator (4) and a capillary tube (5). A thermostat (7) has a bulb placed on air recovery of the device. The thermostat orders a compressor (1) to start according to temperature desired by the user. A suction and retaining pump modifies characteristics of vapor of refrigerating fluid crossing the pump. The pump sucks low pressure vapor from the evaporator and pushes the vapor to the condenser at high pressure.
