The method involves analyzing an advertising character of an image. A digital stream containing a video from an unspecified source is analyzed in order to separate the video with advertising character from rest of the stream, where the source is selected by a user. The stream is reorganized in order to set all advertisements at end of period selected by user, and the stream is left untouched according to a selection by the user. An independent claim is also included for a computer program comprising instructions for implementing a method for processing an image.
