The device has two cases, where each case is maintained in position using two balls with a spring. A plastic cap (1) is mounted on a pin, where the cap is clamped with a cotton reel (2) by reversed stitching of a bundle of packing bags (3, 4). The cap is arranged opposed to a small face of the bags. A set of rails is arranged to position a set of pins. The cap is maintained on the device using the two balls provided with the spring. The cotton reel is clamped on the cap by pressure.
