PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a three-dimensional model of an organ capable of constructing a final three-dimensional model in a natural shape without manual adjustment.SOLUTION: A tomographic equipment 2 images tomographic images of an organ over a plurality of layers (S1) and an image processing workstation 1 extracts border lines showing exterior or inner surfaces of the organ from the obtained images (S3).
