PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer film which includes a low-molecular-weight polymerizable compound layer in an interface between a transfer layer and a base material to be transferred, and specially, realizes both adhesion with the base material to be transferred and alcohol resistance.;SOLUTION: The thermal transfer film is obtained by laminating the low-molecular-weight polymerizable compound layer, a decorative layer, an anchor layer, a radical polymerizable resin composition layer and a release film on a holding layer in this order, and the low-molecular-weight polymerizable compound layer includes a radical polymerizable compound containing (meth)acryloyl groups having a number average molecular weight of 100-1500.
