PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restitution service providing system and a restitution service providing method capable of automatically executing a restitution service such as charge or points by the operation of a user in a user operation terminal such as an ATM.SOLUTION: A restitution management device for storing restitution sum information and a restitution key in association as restitution information, an account management system and a terminal device are communicatively connected. The terminal device controls a medium reading part, and specifies account identification information from a medium, and controls an input part to allow a user to input the restitution key, and transmits the account identification information of the user and the restitution key in association to the account management system. The account management system refers the received restitution key to the restitution management device, and acquires the restitution information corresponding to the restitution key, and increases/decreases the value standard of the account corresponding to the account identification information on the basis of the restitution sum information of the restitution information.
